Marvell PXA270 Multimedia Development Board                      

                                 


 

 

This platform is designed around Marvell Xscale PXA270 processor running at 520MHz and powered by Linux 2.6 and Windows CE 5.0/6.0. operating systems. The touch screen platform supports a range of I/Os and expansion slots including SD/MMC , USB host and client, 10/100 Ethernet, Blue tooth and Audio in/out. For storage, the platform consists of 8 Gigabit of NAND flash and provides file system support on the Windows CE.

The platform has an expansion bus connector for customer specific application add-on modules.

This Marvell PXA270 based reference platform is targeted for various applications such as handheld data logging terminals, Streaming Media players, Point-of-Sale terminals, Industrial PDA designs, Video Conferencing Terminals, Informative Kiosks etc. The Reference Platform is supported by both Windows CE and Linux operating systems.
