This Vita57.4 compliant FMC+ module is supported by 4GB of Hybrid Memory Cube (HMC) components for applications requiring high-speed and high-bandwidth serial memory. The module can be used in daisy chain fashion for expanding the memory density beyond 4GB. The Female FMC+ connector can host HiTech Global's optical daughter cards for processing high speed data. The module can also be used in standalone mode.

The module works only with FPGA carriers board supporting Vita57.4 ports (i.e. HTG-9100  , HTG-9200, HTG-830 , HTG-828 , HTG-930, and HTG-847 ) and 16 consecutive serial transceivers.
