The general IO headers can host different modules to be used with the  board. The "DVI Tx/Rx" ,  "Camera Link", and "Optical" Modules are currently available to be used with the  Xilinx Virtex 4 DDR 2 Memory Board. Memory, Camera Link, and DVI reference design are available can be shipped with the board for free.
