HTG-777: Virtex 7 FPGA FMC Module

Populated with one AMD Virtex-7 V2000T, X690T, or V585T FPGA and supported by three High Pin Count (HPC) FMC connectors, UART/USB port, DDR3 SODIMM (up to 8 GB), Flash, and additional MGT based expansion connectors, the HTG-777 card is ideal for any FPGA development requiring large logic, memory, and I/O bandwidth. The V7-FMC is designed for stand-alone, stackable, or carrier-mating operation.

Stand Alone Mode - In this mode the card is self contained and provides the smallest form factor (5 1/2 " x 4 1/2") for large scale FPGA development, ASIC prototyping, or emulation.

Stackable Mode - In this mode multiple HTG-777 modules can be stacked up either through the onboard Samtec QSE/QTE (MGTs only) or two FMC connectors (LVDS I/Os and MGTs). Supported by separate power supplies, in this mode multiple modules can be connected to each other in daisy chain fashion as well. The provided flexibility allows many different mix and match combinations.

FMC Mode - In this mode the card mates with a FMC based FPGA carrier card and provides additional logic density to the system.

- FMC #B & C: Each providing 160 Single-end (80 LVDS) + 8 GTX/GTH Serial Transceivers - used for hosting FMC daughter cards or another HTG-777 card expanding the total density of the design
- FMC #A: 160 Single-end (80 LVDS) + 8 GTX/GTH Serial Transceivers - used for mating with FPGA carrier cards
►x2 Samtec QSE and QTE connectors each with 6 GXT/GTX Serial Transceivers - used for I/O expansion or stack up of multiple V7-FMC module
►x1 DDR3 SODIMM socket supporting up to 8GB of memory (shipped with 1GB module)
►Flash for configuration and storage
►x1 USB/UART port
►I2C Bus Switch
►Size: 5 1/2" x 4 1/2"
