Xilinx Virtex/Kintex UltraScale FPGA Board -VU190

HTG-830: Virtex / Kintex UltraScale™ Development Platform

Populated with one AMD Virtex UltraScale (VU190 or VU095) or Kintex UltraScale (KU115) FPGA, the HTG-830 provides access to wide range of FPGA gate densities , Gigabit Serial Transceivers, and General Purpose I/Os for variety of different programmable applications.

The HTG-830 architecture allows easy and versatile functional expansion through two Vita 57.4 (FMC+) , one Vita 57.1 (FMC) compliant High-Pin-Count FPGA Mezzanine Card connectors, and one Z-RAY interposer. The FMC+/FMC connectors provide access to 344 single-ended FPGA I/Os and up to 32 GTH (16G), and 20 GTY (30.5G) serial transceivers. The high-performance Z-Ray interposer also provides access to up to 16 GTY serial transceivers (as well as control and voltage pins) for applications requiring large number of concentrated serial I/Os such as Hybrid Memory Cube (HMC), 100Gig Ethernet (QSFP28), 120Gig (CXP and FireFly), 40Gig Ethernet (QSFP+), 25G Ethernet (SFP28) and 10G Ethernet (SFP+).

The HTG-830 is supported by one 72-bit ECC DDR4 SODIMM socket providing access to up to 16 GB of SDRAM memory (the board is shipped with one 8GB SODIMM module).

The HTG-830 can be used in PCI Express and Standalone mode and powered through a 6-pin Molex PCIe connector.
