HTG-960: AMD Virtex UltraScale+ ™ VU19P Development Platform

Populated with one AMD Virtex UltraScale+ VU19P FPGA, the HTG-960 provides access to the largest FPGA gate density, I/Os and memory for variety of different programmable applications.

The HTG-960 architecture allows easy and versatile functional expansion through six Vita 57.4 compliant High-Pin-Count FPGA Mezzanine Card (FMC+) connectors. The FMC+ ports provide access to total of 960 single-ended FPGA I/Os and 80 GTY serial transceivers. The FMC+ ports can host standard Vita57.4 or Vita57.1 daughter cards.

The HTG-960 is supported by two 72-bit ECC DDR4 SODIMM sockets providing access to up to 64 GB of SDRAM memory.

The HTG-960 provides access to 100/1000 Ethernet and USB communication ports.

PCIE connectivity is available by using SMA cables, HTG-FMC-LVDS and HTG-X8-PCIE-EP modules.
