HTG-828: Xilinx Virtex UltraScale 100GIG Networking Card

Populated with Xilinx Virtex UltraScale 080, 095, 125, 160, or 190 FPGA , the HTG-828 network card provides access to sixteen lanes of PCI Express
Gen 3 ( 16 x 8Gbps), one QSFP28 (4x25Gbps), two CFP4 (4x25Gbps), one Cypress QDR-IV memory, two independent banks of DDR4 (72-bit) memory components (10), and up to 8 SMP ports connected to 8 GTY (33G) serial transceivers.

The HTG-828 provides additional features and functionalities through its Vita57 compliant FMC port and one high-performance Z-RAY ports. The ZRAY port is populated with 16 GTY (16x30.5G) serial transceivers along with power (12V/5A, 3.3V/16A, & VCCIO/1A), differential clock, and control signals (single-ended and I2C I/Os). The Z-RAY connector hosts expansion modules requiring large number of serial transceivers with maximum performance and minimum noise. HiTech Global provides Z-RAY modules with Hybrid Memory Cube, (HMC), QSFP28, CFP4, and CDFP (400G) interfaces.
